Refund Policy

This policy covers payments for Musefap Premium. Premium is paid once, in cryptocurrency, for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and does not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another period.

1. Payments are generally final

Premium starts as soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. For these reasons, payments are non-refundable once Premium has been activated, including when you stop using the site before the period ends.

2. When we will refund or correct a payment

• Duplicate payment: you paid twice for the same order by mistake. We refund the extra payment.
• Premium not activated: your payment was confirmed but Premium did not appear on your account within 24 hours. We activate it, or refund you if we cannot.
• Overpayment: you sent noticeably more than the plan price. We refund the difference.
• Underpayment: if you sent less than the plan price, we credit Premium in proportion to what you paid, as described in our Terms of Service, rather than refunding.

3. How to ask

Send a request through our contact form within 14 days of the payment. Use the email address linked to your account and include the date, the amount and, if you have it, the transaction ID. Approved refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency, to an address you provide, minus network fees. The amount refunded is based on the value of the payment in US dollars at the time it was made.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
