These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of musefap.com and its related pages (together, "Musefap", "we", "us"). By accessing Musefap or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Musefap.

1. Adults only

Musefap contains sexually explicit material and is intended for adults only. You may use Musefap only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live;
  • viewing sexually explicit material is legal where you are; and
  • you do not find such material offensive and you choose to view it voluntarily.

You must not allow a minor to access Musefap through your device or account. Parents and guardians can block access with parental control tools; our pages carry the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") label, which most of these tools recognise.

2. What Musefap is

Musefap is a directory for discovering adult content creators and browsing videos and photos associated with them. Musefap does not produce any content. Videos, photos and profile information originate from third-party creators, studios and platforms. Some profile details, such as descriptions, tags and follower or like counts, are compiled or estimated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Counts marked with "~" are estimates.

Links or references to third-party platforms (for example a creator's paid page) do not mean those platforms endorse Musefap or that we control them.

3. Accounts

  • You need an account to follow creators, save bookmarks and buy Premium. You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure.
  • One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Your username must not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
  • To delete your account and its data, send a request through our contact form.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download, redistribute or sell content from Musefap, or use it for any commercial purpose;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access Musefap, except search engines following our robots.txt;
  • interfere with the site's security or operation, overload it, or try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
  • get around access restrictions;
  • use Musefap in any way that is unlawful where you are.

5. Content, copyright and removal

All content remains the property of its respective owners. If you own the rights to content shown on Musefap, or you appear in it and want it removed, follow the process on our DMCA & Content Removal page. Content that depicts a minor or was made or shared without the consent of the people in it is prohibited; report it through the contact form and we will remove it as a priority.

6. Premium

  • Premium is an optional paid plan. It is a way to support Musefap and adds a Premium badge to your profile. All videos remain free to watch. The benefits of Premium are only those described on the Premium page at the time of purchase.
  • Premium is sold for fixed periods (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and paid once in cryptocurrency. It does not renew automatically; when the period ends, your account returns to the free plan.
  • Buying Premium while it is still active adds the new period to the end of the current one.
  • If a payment arrives short of the plan price by 10% or less, we credit the full period. If it is short by more than 10%, we credit a proportional number of days.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or block access to Musefap, if these Terms are broken or if we need to in order to protect the site, its users or the people shown in its content. You can stop using Musefap at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Musefap is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content and profile information are accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musefap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to Musefap is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Musefap after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
