Pumping iron and drenched in sweat, Riss grinds through her dumbbell circuit

In a living room with white brick walls, Riss works through a dumbbell circuit in a grey sports bra and black leggings. Standing with her feet wide on a blue mat, she swings a dumbbell down between her legs, then lies back to press a weight in each hand. Bent over with her thighs spread, she hauls the dumbbell up off the floor while her ponytail swings. Later she folds forward from a stand until her palms touch the mat, then finishes seated with one leg extended and leans back on her hands as afternoon light spills through the sliding glass doors behind the TV.
